The INVESTMENT LOCATIONS FORUM focuses on international investment
locations. It gives international and domestic market players a chance
to discuss the hot spots in the real-estate industry as well as new and
developing markets. Besides established European countries, markets in
Central and Southeastern Europe and overseas will also be presented and
discussed. |

Aleksandar Opsenica, Editor-in-Chief, AG Nekretnine
Aleksandar Opsenica, is the editor-in-chief of AG Nekretnine. He had been working as civil engineer prior to year 2003 in the company that was drawing plans and carrying out hydro-construction works in ex Yugoslavia and in the markets of the Near and the Middle East. During the time after he left this company and before he founded FESTLENT he worked as an advisor for numerous foreign companies and his job was to assist in selection and appraisal of certain locations for realization of investments and facility development.
Mr. Opsenica is a graduate civil engineer and both director and editor-in-chief of AG Real Estate magazine, which is the first specialized, trilingual (Serbian/English/German) magazine in Serbia focused on professional issues related to real estate development. Through company FESTLENT, which he founded in 2006, AG Real Estate has grown into a regionally important platform that studies and presents real estate development trends in Serbia and in the region.
He started REBEC (Real Estate Belgrade Exhibition & Conference) at the end of June 2008 in Belgrade. REBEC is a specialized manifestation that offered both exhibition and the first conference related to development of real estates and accompanying investments in Serbia to the local market. Just like AG Real Estate, REBEC will be helping real estate development in the market of Serbia and it will be providing additional assistance in all of its segments.

Goran Kuridža, born in 1974, is the General Manager of EFG Property Services Ltd. Belgrade.
He attended High School – Backa Topola in Vojvodina in Serbia from September 1989 to May 1993. After that he attended „Braca karic University“ Faculty for management in Belgrade in Serbia. From November 1999 to March 2003 he worked at Broadmoor Hotel – Colorado Spings in the USA as an Food and Beverage and sales supervisor.
From April 2003 to March 2005 he worked at Colliers International in Serbia as an commercial broker and key account managaer for specific office projects. From March 2005 till now he is active at EFG Property Services. He was the head of agency from March 2005 till August 2006. His duties were: leading and managing the Estate Agents Team so that it uses its enforcement powers to maximum effect, ensuring that the team adapts effectively to enhanced powers estate agency regulation, and ensuring the team acts promptly and decisively to reduce consumer detriment, raise trading standards and maintain public confidence in estate agency by identifying and eliminating new or market wide undesirable or illegal practices. He was also responsible for generating new business relationships and negotiating new revenue for EFG Properties to agreed targets. From September 2006 till now he is the general manager at EFG Property Services. Mr. Kuridža is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial and legal affairs of the company, for overseeing the management and maintenance, for the hiring and supervision of, and administering benefits. He also provides leadership to assist staff in functioning as a team, leadership in maintaining a productive, cost-effective, safe and legal workplace and reports to the Board of Directors. Mr. Kuridža had also one training, which was the real estate training in Denver in the USA. |

Dejan Racic is a CEO in Delta Real Estate. Dejan Racic (Dec 1. 1969) obtained his first work experience in Dubai, and upon his return to Belgrade in 1995, he joined the largest private company in Serbia, Delta M group, where he held numerous important positions.
Dejan was able to recognize opportunities and needs in the Serbian market and he created vital business lines for Delta M group such as the Consumer Goods Distribution Department and the Retail Department. In order to perpetuate the growth of all of Delta M’s business lines including Delta’s supermarket chain, banking, and insurance business, Dejan managed the development and construction of the necessary real estate platform that would support the expansion of these businesses.
In 2004 Delta decided to form a separate business line with the vision of becoming the leading real estate development company in the region - Delta Real Estate (DRE), with Dejan Racic as CEO.
Currently, DRE’s portfolio includes retail, office, hotel, and residential developments, as well as prime locations all over the Region with the comprised value of over 3 billion euros. DRE’s first major development, Delta City the first international style shopping mall in Belgrade, has been named the Retail Project of the Year at the annual Europroperty.com awards for Southeastern Europe.
In his role as a leader of DRE, Dejan has been invited to numerous international speaking panels, forums, and expos, where he was able to contribute not only to the image of DRE, but to the overall image of Serbia as an investment opportunity. |
