Sustainability in the real-estate industry: Which strategies really work?

Global warming and need for ecologically sustainable lifestyles is a major challenge facing society. Sustainable development in the real-estate industry will also be one of the key themes at this year's EXPO REAL and the focus of several events in the conference programme. One of the focal points of the panel discussions will be the extent to which sustainability and profitability are compatible with one another.

In light of growing energy costs and increasingly strict environmental requirements, for purely economic reasons, soon investors will have no choice but to incorporate more sustainability into their real-estate assets. 	Hotel shuttle.

	From October 8 – 10, free shuttle service will be provided between several downtown hotels and the trade-fair centre.
