After a successful start last year this year’s  EXPO REAL will feature again the Meeting Center where visitors can meet with their business partners in peace and quiet. The Meeting Center is located on the first upper level of the North Entrance. The size of the rooms is approx. 15 square meters and suitable for up to 8 people.

In some of the rooms we offer the equipment for a projection (please bring along your own laptop with VGA-exit). You can also book a system for conference calls.

Each time slot lasts 50 minutes. The slot can either start on the full or the half hour.  It is only possible to book a maximum of three time slots back-to-back. Coffee, tea, softdrinks and cookies are included in the fee.

Meeting room:	€ 200,-
Meeting room with projection:	€ 295,-
System for conference-calls:	€ 20,-

Reservation will be made on a first come first serve basis. You will receive a confirmation/ invoice after receipt of your Fax Booking Form from EUROKONGRESS. Payment has to be received for the facilities before the meeting starts.

The Meeting Center is open from Monday, 6 October to Wednesday, 8 October 2008 from 9.00h – 19.00h.

Changes or cancellations
All changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to EUROKONGRESS GmbH. A refund of the time slot fee less an administrative fee of EUR 50,00 plus 19% VAT is made when a written cancellation is received no later than 31 August 2008. After 31 August 2008 the full amount is due in case of cancellation.
The fee for changes is EUR 50,00 plus 19% VAT at all times.

Payment
An invoice will be sent to the company address indicated on the Fax Booking Form.
Payment can be made either by bank transfer or by credit card payment to
EUROKONGRESS GmbH (please see Fax Booking Form).
