Participation fees for EXPO REAL

The overview below gives you a rough basis for calculating the costs of your trade fair presentation. You will find details of the exact costs of technical services on the trade fair grounds in the Technical Order Form Booklet. All exhibitors will receive the Technical Order Form Booklet when their stand location has been confirmed.

Net participation fees:
Row stand (one side open)	€485 / m²	Minimum stand size: 20m²
Corner stand (two sides open)	€505 / m²	(possible from stand area of 70m²)
End stand (three sides open)	€545 / m²	(possible from stand area of 120m²)
Island stand (four sides open)	€565 / m²	(possible from stand area of 200m²)

• In the case of two-storey stands, an additional charge of 50 percent of that of the stand area is levied for the second floor. Square metres occupied by the upper floors of stands do not count towards the allocation of free exhibitor passes.
• Please note that additional costs will be charged for technical services that are ordered for the fair, for example, for electrical installations, water supply and drainage, waste disposal, telecom installations, telephone charges, etc. 
• The invoice you receive upon notice of admission includes a charge of
  
  • 40 euro of rented space (stand area up to 70m²)
  • 90 euro per sqm of rented space (stand area between 70m² and 120m²)
  • 170 euro per sqm of rented space (stand area over 120m²) 
  as advance payment for technical services. In the final invoice, this advance payment will be deducted from the amount charged for the services actually used.

• The German Council of Trade Fairs and Exhibitions (AUMA) levies all exhibitors a charge of 0.60 euro per square metre of rented exhibition space. This amount is charged by MMG and transferred directly to AUMA.
• Fixed waste-disposal fee
  The flat-rate fee for waste disposal during the fair of 1.50 euro / m² of stand space plus statutory VAT covers the disposal of waste generated by the exhibitor at his stand during the fair. The rules relating to waste disposal are set out under para 6.1 of the Technical Guidelines.
• We levy a charge for co-exhibitors, amounting to 550 euro per company (until June 28, 2013), 700 euro per company (from June 29, 2013), 850 euro per company (from August 31 to September 30, 2013), for all other companies represented at your stand. Please note that from October 1, 2013 no co-exhibitor application is possible any longer.
• You will receive 4 exhibitors' passes free of charge for a stand size of 20m² and one additional pass for each additional 10m² or part thereof.
• If you require more passes for your staff, these extra passes each cost 195 euro / online plus VAT (fair catalog included).
• Mandatory communication fee (entry in the official EXPO REAL trade fair catalogue [print], online list of participants, Quick Guide, EXPO REAL apps and mobil): 485 euro plus VAT.
  Main exhibitors and co-exhibitors registered after June 28, 2013 will be charged a fee of 370 euro plus VAT for the entry in the online list of participants and EXPO REAL apps and mobil only.
