Please note the following for the online application:
  • Fees for co-exhibitors and companies additionally represented:
    • for applications received by 28 June 2013 EUR 550 per company
    • for applications received from 29 June to 30 August 2013 EUR 700 per company
    • for applications received from 31 August to 30 September 2013 EUR 850 per company
    An administrative charge of EUR 50 for each cancellation will be made for co-exhibitors who cancel their participation. Co-exhibitors who register after 28 June 2013 will only be listed in the online and mobile directories. The fee for the non-print entry amounts to EUR 370.
  • When applying online, the General Terms and Conditions of Participation / Technical Guidelines and Special Terms and Conditions of Participation must be recognized at the end of the online-application process. To do so, please activate the appropriate box, which takes the place of an original signature.

Data relevant to determining corporate status of applicant
Kindly check one of the status options below applicable to your company for the purpose of clarifying whether or not you are subject to corporate taxation.
Applicants who are based in Germany or in the European Union: In the case of the given applicant, his/her company carries out businessrelated activities autonomously for the purpose of earning income on a sustainable basis (Art. 9 MwStSystRL). The applicant declares herewith that he/she is sourcing the services provided by Messe München GmbH for his/her company.
Applicants who are foreign government agencies (ministries, embasssies, consulates etc.) wishing to let space to co-exhibitors against a charge: the applicant is considered a business enterprise (even without VAT ID no.) according to Art. 2 para 3 of the MwStSystRL.
Applicants who are based in a country outside the European Union: In the case of the given applicant, his/her company carries out businessrelated activities autonomously for the purpose of earning income on a sustainable basis (Art. 9 MwStSystRL). The applicant declares herewith that he/she is sourcing the services provided by Messe München GmbH for his/her company.
Neither of the above declarations is applicable. In such cases, Messe München GmbH will charge for its services plus statutory German sales tax even if the given applicant is based abroad.

Different billing address
Due to value-added tax legislation requirements, Messe München GmbH (MMG) is unfortunately unable to issue or readdress invoices for services rendered or to be rendered by MMG to the exhibitor as its contractual partner to an invoice recipient other than the exhibitor. Messe München GmbH can issue invoices only to its contractual partners. Please note that the admission and final invoice will be generated based on the company address stated above. The address details provided are for internal purposes only.


Public image
In all EXPO REAL exhibition directories and PR media (print, online and mobile), the company name may be amended to meet your corporate identity/public image objectives.

Invoice amendments
Should the co-exhibitor wish to have an invoice amended because of a change in the name, legal form or address of the invoice recipient, the exhibitor must pay MMG an amount of EUR 100 plus VAT for each amendment to the invoice concerned, unless the details in the original invoice in respect of the name, legal form or address of the invoice recipient were incorrect and MMG is responsible for the incorrect details.
