UK Pavilion

Benefits to companies in the UK pavilion:

Prominent location of 198 sqm in Hall A1, close to the EXPO REAL FORUM.
Wireless Internet connection.
Pre-show exhibitor briefing with market statistics. Held in the UK.
Official opening of the group stand by UKTI / British Consul.
British networking reception to be held on the Monday or Tuesday of EXPO REAL.
Post-show de-brief: show statistics and vital information for a successful follow-up of leads gained.

Should you wish to order any additional items such as Plasma TV’s, telephones, multiple Internet connections, we will gladly arrange this.

Please choose:

A workstation (counter, two bar stools, electricity connection & consumption, an A4 size brochure stand and waste basket).
Display area for a model project.
Use of the joint conference room (subject to availability – pre-bookable).
Fully catered lounge area and a central storage area.
Match-making: 5 meetings with potential new clients upon your briefing.
Your company logos in three locations: the high back wall of the stand, the wall above your workstation & on the banner above the Pavilion.
A basic entry in the exhibition catalogue: listing alphabetically, under country and sector.
Two exhibitor passes (additional passes can be purchased for 125 Euro each + 19% VAT).
Important: These areas are all positioned as corner locations.

Workstation Plus costs
EUR 25,000 + 19% VAT.

A smaller counter area including two bar stools, electricity connection & consumption, an A4 size brochure stand and waste basket.

Match-making: 5 meetings with potential new clients upon your briefing.

Workstation costs
EUR 18,000 + 19% VAT.

For those companies not requiring a permanent personal presence on the Pavilion.
