Year after year, more and more companies choose EXPO REAL, which is why the number of exhibitors at the International Commercial Property Exposition has increased continuously since the fair was founded. That applies to 2007, as well.
Above all, that is due to strong demand at the international level. The amount of space occupied by international exhibitors is up by 30 percent again this year. Besides exhibitors from Germany, France, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Spain, more and more companies from eastern and south-eastern Europe and the Middle East are taking advantage of EXPO REAL to find investors for many of their real-estate projects. Regardless of where they do business, members of the real-estate community will come together for EXPO REAL from October 8 – 10, 2007.

Hospitality Industry Dialogue at EXPO REAL 2007.

Hotel investments are experiencing a veritable boom: In 2006, global investments in the hospitality sector increased by 63 percent to a record level of approximately 72.5 billion US dollars. This positive trend is continuing in 2007. The reasons for this development include high capital pressure and a shortage of appropriate properties in which to invest. The growing economic significance of tourism is another factor that should not be underestimated. Experts will discuss where things are headed at the 6th Hospitality Industry Dialogue, which is being held at the SPECIAL REAL ESTATE FORUM (Hall C3) at EXPO REAL 2007 on October 8, 2007.

"Pavillon France" enters second year after successful premiere.

A growing number of countries, regions and cities are relying on synergy and combining their interests by participating in joint exhibits such as the Austrian, Dutch, Polish and Nordic Region pavilions. Since 2006, leading French exhibitors have been presenting their projects at a joint exhibit, the "Pavillon France" in Hall C2 (Stand 120). The French pavilion is a unique opportunity to meet all the important French real-estate sellers, developers, city promoters, etc. at a single location. Last year's exhibitors included Balzac Real Estate Investment Management, Bouygues Batiment IdF Rénovation Privée, Gemofis, Icade, Inovalis, Sodearif and Val de Marne Development Agency, and this year they will be joined by the city of Paris and Paris' business district La Défense. Be sure to attend the "Real Estate Investors Guide: France" at the INVESTMENT & LOCATIONS FORUM on October 9, 2007 (11:00 a.m. in Hall B3).

This year, the annual PROEstate real-estate conference is being held in St. Petersburg from September 5 – 7, 2007, and EXPO REAL is an official partner.
