More exhibitors from more countries: EXPO REAL - larger and more international than ever.

| EXPO REAL is expanding again this year: the number of exhibitors has increased by more than 200 companies, which is a new record. When EXPO REAL 2007 opens its gates from October 8 - 10, it will have more than 1,820 companies from 45 countries. Although demand among countries from Europe and the United States remains strong, the increases in the number of exhibitors from the United Arab Emirates and the Russian Federation are remarkable.
Once again, another hall is being added to this year's International Commercial Property Exposition, which will occupy a total of 63,000 square meters in six halls, a 20% increase in space. To help keep things transparent at all times, we recommend using the xGuide, our new electronic exhibition guide that is free of charge.

A steadily growing economy and flourishing real-estate markets.

Russia's presence has never been stronger - including at EXPO REAL in Munich. For quite some time now, the capital of Moscow is not the only location that has been generating interest among industry representatives. A growing number of international investors are also discovering other locations. At this year's EXPO REAL, Moscow, Saint Petersburg and the Moscow region (Moscow Oblast) as well as the Russian cities of Yekaterinburg, Kazan and Tyumen are participating as exhibitors. The group of exhibitors, which gets bigger from year to year, will be rounded out by companies that do business throughout Russia and beyond such as Renova Stroygroup, Absolute Investments, Sberbank and RIGroup.

A special highlight in the program of conference events at this year's fair is an event titled 'The Japanese Market: Securitization, REITs and Financing Trends". It will be held in Hall B1 (Room B11) on Tuesday, October 9, 2007 (10 - 11:30 a.m.). Speakers and discussion panel members are: J. The electronic exhibition guide xGuide is a free service that EXPO REAL is offering its visitors who have PocketPCs, Palms and Blackberrys. Hotel shuttle. |
|
|
From October 8 - 10, free shuttle service will be provided between several downtown hotels and the trade-fair centre. Busses depart every 30 minutes, providing service to EXPO REAL beginning at 7 a.m. in the mornings and returning to the hotels until 8 p.m. in the evening.
