How to invest in London? What are the administrative, legal and tax formalities to be complied with? What district to choose? What are the districts to be developed? So many questions, among many others, that will find an answer in the Investing in London guide.
This guide of around 40 pages will be released on 5 October during EXPO REAL 2011, the Trade Fair for Commercial Property and Investment to be held from 4 to 6 October in Munich, Germany.
This guide aims at facilitating the procedures for foreign investors who wish to set up businesses in London. It has been concluded thanks to the work of BNP Paribas Real Estate Research teams, with the support of Freshfields for questions concerning legal and taxation issues. It has been edited by the English magazine Property Week and it will be distributed to around 25,000 magazine subscribers.
An Internet version will also be available in English as of 11 October, then in Mandarin at the end of the month in order to attract in particular Chinese investors.
