Online request for a visa invitation letter

Your request will be automatically addressed to either our representative in your country or to Ms. Ursula DORNA at the Visa Department of EXPO REAL.

As a rule you must submit your visa application together with all necessary documents in person at the German Commission (Embassy/Consulate) responsible for your place of residence. To avoid time consuming requests for additional information or documentation you should contact the German Commission (Embassy/Consulate) in your country well in advance of your travel dates and inquire about any special local requirements. Visa applications are generally accepted by the Embassies three months prior to the beginning of a trade show.
