Dirk Große Wördemann is Principal of Pacific Star Europe GmbH in Munich. Dirk Große Wördemann has studied economics and holds a postgraduate Masters degree in Business Administration for International Business (Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane). He started his career 1986 in the Asia-Pacific region, where he held several senior positions in Australia with ANZ Banking Group (Real Estate Venture Capital) and Lend Lease Corporation (fund management). In 1992 he joined Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt, working in the project development arm of the fund management business for open as well as close-ended funds. 1994 he became Director of the commercial real estate finance division, responsible for credit risk management DB Group. From 1996 he designed and established Eisenbahn Immobilien Management GmbH, a property development company of Deutsche Bahn AG, operating a portfolio of surplus railway land (7 billion Euros), turning this operation into the government owned Real Estate investment company VIVICO Real Estate GmbH in 2001 in preparation for a privatization. Since 2006 he worked for Allianz SE as Chief Executive Real Estate, reorganizing the existing real estate functions, setting up Allianz Real Estate GmbH as the investment advisor and producer of indirect investment opportunities (fund-of-fund and direct funds). In January 2008 together with Dr. Matthias Stürmer and Pacific Star Group, Singapore, he founded Pacific Star Europe GmbH and is responsible for managing the company’s client relationships as well as for general administration. |

Dr. Karl-Joseph Hermanns-Engel is Managing Director and Global Head Fund Management : regulated and retail products at AXA Investment Managers Germany, Cologne. After studies and promotion in legal sciences at University Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium and University of Osnabrück, Germany, he was part-time lecturer for legal sciences at the University of Osnabrück from 1991 to 1997. Before joining AXA Investment Managers Germany in 2004, he worked in the Real Estate Department of Deutsche Bank, where in his last position he was Director (Attorney and Deputy Managing Director) of DB Real Estate Investmentgesellschaft mbH, Eschborn, with responsibilities for acquisitions, portfolio and asset management in Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Italy, Greece and others. |

| Klaus Kortebein, CEO, Valad Propety Group, Frankfurt am Main |
Klaus Kortebein is CEO of the Australian Valad Property Group in Germany. He heads the German business with the overall responsibility for the management and a strong focus on business development and acquisitions. He joined Valad in 2007 having previously worked in senior fund management and acquisition roles at leading German institutions MEAG (Munich Re) and Deka Immobilien. More recently, Klaus spearheaded as MD and Chief Investment Officer Morgan Stanley's open-ended global fund initiative from Frankfurt, Germany. Klaus Kortebein studied in Berlin, Cambridge and Los Angeles and holds an MBA. |
