internationaux de l'immobilier, le forum INVESTMENT LOCATIONS FORUM
donne la parole aux acteurs allemands et internationaux du
marché qui se proposent de faire le point sur les hotspots de
l'immobilier ainsi que sur les nouveaux marchés et les
marchés en développement. La présentation et le
débat ne porteront pas seulement sur les pays européens
établis, mais aussi sur les marchés de l'Europe centrale
et de l'Europe du Sud-Est. |

Meelis Mandel is the Editor-in-Chief in AS Äripäev (Estonian Biggest Business Daily). He has worked in AS Äripäev from the year 1994. At first he worked in AS Äripäev as a reporter and news editor for more than ten years. Since 2007 he has become the Editor-in-Chief of AS Äripäev, which belongs to Sweden’s Bonnier media group and is one of the world’s most readed business dailies (together with Finland`s Kauppalehti and Norway`s Dagens Naringsliv) counted with population. It was founded in 1989 and has almost 300 employees.
Mr. Mandel has also participated in several media and leadership trainings in EU and US Poynter Academy.
Mr. Mandel is married and has two kids (17 and 3 years old).

Lars Ohnemus is the CEO of the Caltic Property Trust Asset Management, which is the largest international property trust in the Baltic countries, which first found was established in 2001.
From the time of 1987 till 2001 he worked at Philip Morris as Capital Expenditure Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Planning Manager in EEMA (Eastern Europe/EFTA/Middle East Africa), and Director Finance and at last as a Managing Director. From 2001 to 2003 he was a professor at the Copenhagen Business School and was reaching and providing consultation in the area of Business Strategies and International Management. Additionally he was an advisor to students and an author of several cases (DHL).
Now Mr. Ohnemus is active as the CEO of Baltic Property Trust, which has120 employees with 9 regional offices including Copenhagen, Berlin, Warsaw, Gdansk, Tallinn, Vilnius, Riga, St. Petersburg and Moscow.
He is married and has two children. Mr. Ohnemus speaks beneath Danish also
English, German, French, Russian and Italian.
