Scope of work: Today company is carrying out 2 and planning 1 development projects. Responsibilities include project management and coordination of all life cycles of the projects. Developing company strategy and positioning it on the market Developing and managing the marketing research, establishing a marketing concept ( positioning) of the projects, developing project financing models, developing the program of the project (the concept), coordination of permits and passes on all stages of construction project.
• Almaty October 2004г.- May 2005г. – Director of the sales department of «MAG Construction» LLP (Civil construction). Projects cost sum including the completed projects exceed 100 M USD. Responsibilities: Establishing the department of sales for the Project of Construction of 18 - storey residential building, After performing the marketing study of the residential Real Estate market initiated the decision to position the project into PREMIUM segment first time in Almaty , developed a marketing campaign that enabled differentiation of the project by the audience . Before my participation, management of the company took decision to start selling the flats at some 800 USD per m2 and planned some 1000 USD per m2 average income from sales, after the marketing research we could convince decision makers to start at the price of 900 USD/m2 despites their fear to loose liquidity as a result company today reached the average income from m2 1 200 USD and eventually prevented company from loosing potential income for 4 M USD.
• Almaty March 2004- August 2004г.- Real Estate Consultant of Colliers International HCB (Almaty). Scope of work: attracting and placing corporate clients onto the office premises at serviced Business Centers of Almaty, marketing research « Overview of the Office Real Estate Market of Almaty 2004 ». Projects : Successfully performed the search for the office premises 600 м2 for BTA Leasing ( Largest Leasing Company of Kazakhstan). Also worked with such companies as Microsoft, Wrigley’s, Talgo, Nurbank. Project cost: 132 000 USD

• Almaty August 2004- until today.- Real Estate Advisor (Almaty). Projects:
• Developing the concept and the marketing strategy for the project of « 45-storey residential complex Baiterek-Tower» of JSC «Corporation «Ordabasy»: strategically positioning of the project of the Real Estate market of Dubai,.
• Search for the A class office premise rental, 500 м2 «EURASIA GMBH» ( Providing optimal conditions for the tenant).Project cost: 540 000 USD.
• Center or Marketing & Analytical Research (CMAR) Under the Ministry of Economics and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• (September-October 2005) Project: Developing the concept of the project «Almaty International Financial Center», (marketing analysis).
• MEGA CENTER DEVELOPMENT LLP (В Настоящее время)
• Project: Positioning of the project on the Retail market, re-developing the advertisement and marketing concept

• Consulting individual investors into Real Estate and development. Total projects cost: 500 000 USD.

• Almaty October 2003г.-March 2004г.- brand manager JSC «Corporation Ordabasy», Project of positioning the First Kazakh Plant for production of lighting. Scope of work: marketing analysis, marketing and media planning, positioning, carried out meetings and proceeded by will memorandums with companies such as IKEA CIS
