Pedro A. Azcué, President and CEO Latin America

Current Responsibilities
As President and CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle Latin America, Mr. Azcué is responsible for directing the company operations in the Region, where Jones Lang LaSalle has more than 1,000 employees located primarily in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Colombia, Panama, and Miami.

As an International Director of the global Jones Lang LaSalle organization and the most senior member of Latin America, Mr. Azcué is responsible for supervising all the Latin-American project teams representing and advising major real estate corporations and large users or developers and investors, in structuring and implementing optimal corporate solutions and investor services strategies.

Experience
In 1991, Mr. Azcué founded the LaSalle Partners Mexico Office (the predecessor of Jones Lang LaSalle Mexico) and has been the head of that country since then. He joined the Firm in 1981 and has served as leader of diverse project teams in major Latin-American assignments involving Tenant Representation, Project Marketing, Land, Financing and Advisory, Investment Advisory, Construction, Project and Development Management, Capital Markets and Facilities Management services.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Azcué worked in the International Marketing Group of Credit Suisse First Boston in London, England and the Investments Division of the Central Bank of Mexico in Mexico City as an Investments Officer. In this capacity, Mr. Azcué assisted the International Operations Manager in planning, implementing and controlling the international investments of the foreign exchange reserves of Mexico.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Azcué holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering having graduated Suma Cum Laude from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. He also earned a Masters in Business Administration from The Stanford Graduate School of Business.
 
Ulrich Dischler, Director, Credit Suisse Asset Management, New York/USA

Ulrich Dischler is the Director and Regional Manager North and Latin America for the
Credit Suisse Asset Management (CSAM) Real Estate (Core) Division. He is New Yorkbased
and heads the division’s real estate operations in the Americas as well as its regional
office in New York. His responsibilities are the management of acquisitions and
sales of CORE properties, the supervision of the local asset management and the establishment
and maintenance of regional networks in Canada, USA, Mexico, and Chile for
existing and future real estate funds.
Since 2005 he is actively involved in building up the Group’s presence in Latin America’s
Emerging Markets. So far, a number of transactions have been completed or are currently
undertaken in Mexico and Chile. In doing so, Ulrich successfully implemented
business practices and cultures of Latin America’s most developed real estate markets
into the Zurich based Swiss professional team.
He holds a TRIUM Global Executive MBA and several professional banking degrees from
Germany. Besides English, he speaks German fluently as well as French and Spanish.
CSAM is the global asset manager for Credit Suisse Group with total assets under management
of approx. USD 594 billion as of June 30, 2008. The real estate division currently
manages USD 34 billion in commercial and residential real estate properties for its
private and institutional clients. The division’s expertise lies in the development and
management of innovative closed- and open-ended real estate funds for a diverse German
and Swiss customer base, which is to be expanded further into other countries.
Kevin W. Lynch, Principal, The Townsend Group, Cleveland

The Townsend Group is an Institutional Real Estate Consulting and Advisory firm founded in 1983. Today, Townsend is the largest provider of real estate consulting and advisory services to institutional investors globally. Townsend currently has more than 85 clients on four continents whose dedicated real estate allocations are in excess of $130 billion. Some of those clients include California State Teachers (CALSTRS), the United Nations, ATP (Denmark) and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).

Townsend specializes in developing strategic plans for global real estate portfolios tailored specifically to each client and implementing those portfolios by selecting “Best in Class” managers and funds. Townsend’s internal resources include a dedicated Research group, due diligence and underwriting, proprietary databases of manager and fund performance. Townsend has assigned global teams for North America, Asia, Europe and Latin America. Townsend annually reviews in excess of 600 global fund offerings within the core, enhanced value and high return (opportunistic) sectors. Strategies for these funds include real estate debt, equity, and structured finance, infrastructure, timber and agriculture. Townsend is the largest conduit of real estate equity capital globally committing $19.8 billion in 2007 (estimated to be 28% of global market, PERE Magazine data February 2008).

Mr. Lynch is a Principal and co-founder of The Townsend Group. He has 25 years of institutional real estate consulting experience and 34 years of direct real estate experience. Mr. Lynch is currently responsible for new product development primarily in the area of initiating strategic relationships for creating manager of manager solutions for individual separate account clients and new fund of fund offerings. New or follow on fund-of -funds created specifically for financial service firms are currently offered in Israel, Germany, France and the US. Prior to forming Townsend, Mr. Lynch participated in structuring private placement real estate transactions for Stonehenge Capital Corporation, a New York based investment-banking firm.

Mr. Lynch is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), the National Counsel for Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) and the European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV). He is also a Director of the Board for First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE:FR) and Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE:LXP). He is frequent speaker at industry conferences and has presented in Amsterdam and Frankfurt for the benefit of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE) and as guest lecturer at Columbia University and Tel Aviv University. Mr. Lynch is currently on the Advisory Board for the European Institutional Real Estate Letter.
 
Michael Montebaur
