Fergus Farrell is a Director at Quinlan Private. Fergus has over 10 years experience in property investment, development and financing, having being involved in numerous transactions in Ireland, the UK, CEE and the U.S. Mr. Farrell joined Quinlan Private in 1999 from Dunloe Ewart plc, one of Ireland’s leading property development companies. His role in Quinlan Private includes sourcing and structuring new opportunities for the firm, which has included the acquisition of Diagonal Mar Shopping Centre, Barcelona from DEKA, the German open-ended fund, as well as the acquisition of The Estate Knightsbridge from the BP Pension Fund. Fergus is a Chartered Accountant and previously worked with KPMG and OK&C, Chartered Accountants.
