Csanád Csürös is an editor at Portfolio.hu.
Csürös graduated as an economist at the Budapest Business School in Hungary and at Avans University in the Netherlands. After working for Bank Austria-Creditanstalt in Vienna, he joined Portfolio.hu (published by NET Media Inc.), the leading online financial journal in Hungary.
He is now the editor of Portfolio.hu’s property section and Resource Magazine, the bilingual, biweekly real estate focused magazine, published by NET Media as well. In addition to this, Csanád Csürös is also responsible for organizing Portfolio Property Investment Forum, Hungary’s largest annual real estate conference. Besides his native Hungarian he speaks German and English. |

Noah Steinberg, 40, is the chairman and chief executive officer of Wallis Real Estate, the real estate arm of one of the largest privately held Hungarian conglomerates of which he is a shareholder. Since 1990, he has worked in Hungary with the Wallis Group. In his current position since 1999, he was responsible for establishing Wallis Real Estate and oversees the group's development businesses, its office, retail, industrial and PPP projects, its investment and portfolio management businesses, and its real estate services portfolio with an annual turnover in excess of 250 million Euros.
Mr. Steinberg is a graduate of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University (BA), and the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna in Austria (MA). He is married and has two children. Mr. Steinberg speaks English, French, German, Hungarian and Spanish. |

Dr. Ernő Takács is the Chairman and CEO of Talentis Group.
Graduated in 1989 at the College of Public Administration [today: Corvinus University of Budapest, Faculty of Public Administration] where he also completed his postgraduate studies in 1992. In 1999 he obtained PhD degree at the Faculty of Law of Janus Pannonius University of Pécs. In 2003 he passed the common professional examination in Law, and gained admission to Budapest Bar Association. He is a system organiser, lawyer and an expert in public administration.
From 1990 to1995 he worked as a notary in local municipal administration, and from 1995 to 1998 he was active in central national administration. At the behest of Sándor Kenyeres he joined Mammut’s strategic management team as legal director, where he was in charge of laying the legal groundwork of Mammut II and, indirectly, Millenáris. Until 31 August, 2006 he was board member of Mammut Üzletház Zrt.
From the second half of 2000 he worked as a programme director on the establishment and organisational and financing model of Talentis Programme. In 2006 he became CEO of Talentis Group’s parent company, Talentis Zrt. He makes use of his real estate development expertise mainly in legal, structural and financial areas.
He is the founder of the Budapest Business Region in 2008. Budapest Business Region incorporates developers and investors, who believe and experience that the city of Budapest, together with a surrounding region of close economic and infrastructural ties, is one of the most special places in Europe. |
