Wil van der Have holds educations in the area of financial management. The most recent one for Qualified Controller. His career started in 1978 as audit assistant, followed by several jobs in accounting and financial management. At the end of 1996 he joined ING Vastgoed Ontwikkeling BV, where he was appointed Controller in 1998. At the reorientation of ING Real Estate in 2000 he continued his career as Chief Financial Officer for ING Real Estate Development, and he was appointed Chief Operations Officer per the 1st of November 2003 with the global functional responsibility for Operations, Finance, IT, Control & Risk.
In January 2006 he changed positions in the Board of Development taking the responsibility for all the development activities in Germany, Poland, Belgium & Nordics. |

Elsa Monteiro is Head of Institutional Relations, Environment and Communication of Sonae Sierra, a specialist international company which owns, develops and manages properties in the shopping and leisure centre sector, currently operating in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, Greece and Brazil. Elsa Monteiro’s responsibilities comprise the coordination of the company relations with government and local authorities within the licensing process of shopping centres, and leading the Environmental Policy implementation within all the activities of the company. Elsa Monteiro is member of Sonae Sierra Corporate Responsibility Steering Committee and she is responsible for its day-to-day coordination. Elsa Monteiro is also member of the Sonae Group Sustainability Forum. Before joining Sonae Sierra in 1995, she was Chief of Cabinet of the Secretary of State of Local Administration and Urban Planning of the Portuguese Government. She started her professional career in the Studies and Planning Department of the Urban Planning Ministry in Portugal. Graduated in Geography, Elsa Monteiro has post graduations in Urban Planning, Business Management, and Urban and Environmental Law. Elsa Monteiro is Vice President of the Portuguese Council of Shopping Centres; Member of the Managing Committee of the European Property Federation; Member of the Managing Committee of the Business Council for Sustainable Development Portugal; liaison delegate of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and member of the Core Group of the WBCSD project Energy Efficiency in Buildings; and also member of the International Council of Shopping Centers’ Sustainability Working Group. |

Martin Züchner, Jahrgang 1972, ist seit Jahresbeginn 2008 Landesmanager
Deutschland von Bancaja Habitat, einer 100-prozentigen Tochtergesellschaft von
Bancaja, der drittgrößten Sparkasse Spaniens gemessen am Vermögen. Er arbeitet
direkt mit dem Vorstand von Bancaja Habitat in Valencia, dem Hauptsitz des
Unternehmens, zusammen. Die Deutschland-Zentrale von Bancaja Habitat befindet
sich in München.
Martin Züchner studierte an der TU Berlin Stadt-und Regionalplanung und
schloss 2000 mit dem Diplom ab. Von 2000 bis 2001 war er in Madrid stellvertretender
Geschäftsführer von Unisuelo, einer Gesellschaft zur Grundstücksvermittlung.
Von 2001 bis 2003 fungierte er als Internationaler Direktor bei European
Estates in Madrid, einer Immobilienberatung mit Fokus auf Immobilienauktionen
und Sozialimmobilien (Gesellschafter: Ernst&Young, Madrid und Allsop&Co, London).
Vor seinem Einstieg bei Bancaja Habitat leitete er von 2003 bis 2007 das
Europa-Geschäft von King Sturge Senior, einer Immobilienberatung im Bereich Sozialimmobilien.
Martin Züchner ist verheiratet, hat eine Tochter und lebt in München. |
