Anders Olshov, Managing Director, Øresundsinstituttet

Anders Olshov (41) is the managing Director of Øresundsinstituttet. He has a degree in Business Amdinistration and Economics at the Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden and a degree European and International Relations, at the Amsterdam School of International Relations in Netherland. From 1987 he worked as a political commentator in the Daily Newspaper Nerikes Allehanda, Örebro in Sweden. Later, in 1988, Mr. Olshov worked at LNB News Agency in Sockholm with the same position. In the year 1989 he was an economical journalist, at the Daily Business Paper Dagens Industri and later at the Daily Business Paper Finanstidningen. In Florence he worked as the professor`s assistant in Finance at the European University Institute. At 1992 to 1994 he worked as a fixed income analyst at Carnegie Investment Bank in Stockholm. From 1994 to 2002 he was a senior analyt/Macroeconomist, at Nordea Markets Research in Stockholm, Malmö, and Copenhagen.
No Mr. Olshovs works at Øresundsinstituttet as the managing director. He has published several reports and books, like:

Johan Ericsson, CEO, Catella Property Group, Stockholm/Sweden

Johan Ericsson is the CEO of Catella Property Group.
In the year 1975 he attended MBA, Stockholm School of Economics.
From 1983 to 1985 he was active at Skrinet and from 1985 to 1987 he was active at Securitas. From 1987 to 1992 he was at Stockholms Fondkomission and Partners Fondkomission. From the year 1992 to 2004 he was the CEO of Catella Corporate Finance.
From 2004 till now he is the CEO of Catella Financial Advisory Group.

Jorn Terje Kristensen, CEO, Nunkun Naering AS, Oslo/Norway

Jorn Terje Kristensen (34) is the CEO of Nordisk Eiendomsforretning AS. He has the law degree, candidatus juris, from the University of Oslo and is also an authorized barrister in Norway. Previously, Mr. Kristensen held the position as director of Legal Affairs in Kistefos AS. Kistefos’ business consists of wholly owned industrial enterprises in the offshore, shipping and property sectors, as well as strategic investment interests in various listed and unlisted companies, primarily in the field of IT and telecommunication.
Kristensen started his professional carrier as attorney-at-law, in the lawfirm Wiersholm in Oslo. His special legal areas was real estate law, construction law and litigation. Kristensen worked in Wiersholm from 1998 to 2004.
Now Mr. Kristensen is the CEO of Nordisk Eiendomsforretning AS. The business consists of wholly owned enterprises investing in commercial properties, residential properties and development properties in Norway and Sweden. He is also serving as the chairman of the board in Poppe & Co, one of the biggest real estate broker companies in the residential market in Oslo.
Kristensen is married and has one child.

Petri Olkinura, CEO, Citycon, Helsinki/Finland

Peter Wågström, President, NCC Group, Solna/Sweden

Peter Wågström's, born in 1964, is the president of NCC Property Development since January 1, 2007. From 1991 to 1998 he had various positions within Skanska's real estate operations, among other positions. He had various management positions within Drott (currently Fabege) from 1998 to 2004 and was a member of Drott's Group Management from 2000 to 2004. In his previous experience he was the head of NCC Property Development's Swedish operations from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Wågström was employed by NCC since 2004. His other assignments are: Chairman of the Swedish Society of Real Estate Economics (SFF).
