Company's activity: The »Center Point Group« was founded in 1999 as the realtor's agency. During 9 years of its existence, it turned into one of the first-rate, leading development company in Georgia. At present CPG is a leader on the developer's market. CPG has a market stake of 34% in sales in Tbilisi, and 40% in the entire state. The core business of CPG consists of: development, architectural design, sales and supervision of construction / completion activities. In most of the cases CPG makes investments in land, architectural design and land development activities from equity, but the construction and completion costs generally are covered by proceeds from pre-sales. In 2007 CPG established its daughter company »Hotels Chain Rcheuli«. The moving forces of development of the company are specified by three factors: the high quality, professionalism and reliability. One of the characteristics of the »Center Point Group« is implementation of wide range projects.
