Um internationale Investitionsstandorte geht es im INVESTMENT &
LOCATIONS FORUM. Internationale und heimische Marktteilnehmer
diskutieren Hot Spots der Immobilienwirtschaft, aber auch neue und sich
entwickelnde Märkte. Neben den etablierten europäischen
Ländern werden auch Märkte in Mittel- und Südosteuropa
sowie in Übersee präsentiert und diskutiert. |

Mr. Clemente Munoz Algas was born in Zaragoza, graduated in Politenica Universidad de Madrid. He started his career in the developer group of La Manga del Mar Menor, There he became director of Markimanga.
Twenty years ago he founded the publishing group REAL ESTATE PRESS that edits Spanish Real Estate and Ocio&Comercio, besides the magazine online: www.realestatepress.es.
Working continuously n the publishing field, all their publications treat of the real-estate sector, specially on the commercial property.
The publishing group also devotes itself to the organization of Conferences on real-estate topics. |

Manuel Lagares Gómez-Abascal is since October 2008 the Managing Director of NEINVER Group.
Manuel Lagares Gómez-Abascal graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the” Universidad Pontificia de Comillas – ICADE” and holds a master’s degree in Public Finance and Taxation from the university of “Alcala de Henares”.
He excelled as Public Treasury and Tax Collection System lecturer both at the University of Alcala and that of CEU- San Pablo. Mr. Gómez-Abascal is as well Tax Inspector and State Auditor and has served likewise in the Financing and Tax Control department in Barcelone´s delegation.
In 1997 he was named as the Deputy Advisor of the Treasury Council and in March 1999 the Director of the Secretary of the State Cabinet. In May 2000 he was appointed Managing Director of Commercial Policy for the Ministry of Finance. In October 2003 he was assigned Undersecretary of Science and Technology.
Since October 2004, Mr Lagares is the Managing Director of NEINVER Group being in charged, among others, of the Retail and Property Equity Management lines.
He was responsible for the launching of Irus European Retail Property Fund by NEINVER, furthermore from February 2007 he took over the general management of the fund.

| Jaime Lopes, CEO of Chamartín Portugal, Chamartin Imobiliaria, Madrid/Spanien |
Jaime Lopes joined the Amorim Imobiliária administration in the year 1994 and, for the approximately ten years since 1997, he held the post of Executive Vice-Chairman.
Holds a Master’s Degree in International Management (MsC) from the London Business School, and his thesis was on “Real Estate Valuation – Analysis of the Main Methodologies”. Holds an MBA from the University of Porto and a graduate degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics at this same university, where, for ten years, he lectured and headed the course of Project Analysis and Capital Budgeting.
Jaime Lopes is a member of the Advisory Board Retail Space Europe and has been CEO of Chamartín Portugal since June 2007.
Mr. Lopes, age 53, is married and has two children. |

Pedro Romão, 43, Architect and Urban Planner, graduated in 1988 from the Lisbon Technical University in Architecture, and joined CPU Consultores group in 1992. He was appointed Director of CPU in 1998 and is since 2007 Managing Director of CPU Retail Architects, a specialized company within the CPU group that provides retail architecture design services worldwide.
Among the several recent projects from CPU Retail Architects are MultiDevelopment’s Forum Trabzon (opened June 2008) and Forum Ankara (opening on September 2008), Inter IKEA’s Mar Shopping in Matosinhos, Portugal (opening on October 2008), Anatolium Shopping in Bursa, Turkey, for Maya Developments/Corio and Magnesia Shopping in Manisa, Turkey, for Redevco.
CPU’s retail design team has deep international expertise and experience in designing shopping centers, retail parks, retail warehouses and stand-alone shops, from concept to detailed design.
CPU, whether it is a retail unit in an inner city mixed-use development or an out of town shopping centre, is designed to meet the requirements of the developer, the investor and the consumer, and to add value to the built environment

Martin Züchner, Jahrgang 1972, ist seit Jahresbeginn 2008 Landesmanager
Deutschland von Bancaja Habitat, einer 100-prozentigen Tochtergesellschaft von
Bancaja, der drittgrößten Sparkasse Spaniens gemessen am Vermögen. Er arbeitet
direkt mit dem Vorstand von Bancaja Habitat in Valencia, dem Hauptsitz des
Unternehmens, zusammen. Die Deutschland-Zentrale von Bancaja Habitat befindet
sich in München.
Martin Züchner studierte an der TU Berlin Stadt-und Regionalplanung und
schloss 2000 mit dem Diplom ab. Von 2000 bis 2001 war er in Madrid stellvertretender
Geschäftsführer von Unisuelo, einer Gesellschaft zur Grundstücksvermittlung.
Von 2001 bis 2003 fungierte er als Internationaler Direktor bei European
Estates in Madrid, einer Immobilienberatung mit Fokus auf Immobilienauktionen
und Sozialimmobilien (Gesellschafter: Ernst&Young, Madrid und Allsop&Co, London).
Vor seinem Einstieg bei Bancaja Habitat leitete er von 2003 bis 2007 das
Europa-Geschäft von King Sturge Senior, einer Immobilienberatung im Bereich Sozialimmobilien.
Martin Züchner ist verheiratet, hat eine Tochter und lebt in München. |
