Company's activity: Gazit Immobilien was established in Hamburg in 2006 as a subsidiary of Gazit Globe. Gazit-Globe is a global real estate Company with a total of approx. 600 properties worldwide, mostly in the retail sector. The company operates in North and South America, Europe and Asia and is traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Its subsidiaries are quoted on the NY, Toronto and Helsinki Stock Exchanges. In addition, Gazit-Globe has recently took control of Meinl European Land (now Atrium). The Gazit Group operates in Germany in two capacities: either through Gazit Immobilien which acquires and manages existing retail properties and Gazit Development which develops green field projects.
