Company's activity: Catella Property Group is a leading transaction advisor in European property markets. A staff of about 330 operates at a total of 25 offices in 15 countries throughout Europe. Our parent company, Catella AB, Stockholm, was founded in 1987. At Catella we combine longstanding experience of the capital market with comprehensive knowledge about the real estate market. Our focus is on providing high quality property transaction services and property-related corporate finance expertise in selected European markets. Further, Catella offers an extensive range of premium asset management as well as property fund management services. In 2007, we lead-managed Europe-wide real estate transactions with a total value of approx. EUR 14.7 billion. Over the past three years, we acted as advisor on transactions amounting to EUR 35.4 billion.
