Company's activity: ECE has been developing, planning, realizing, leasing, and managing shopping centers in Germany, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Russia, Bulgaria, Austria, Qatar and in Greece. ECE also acts as a long-term investor. In 97 shopping centers, 10,000 tenants turn over EUR 12 billion and 26 further centers are currently at the planning or construction stage.
Furthermore ECE develops and realises in it's divisions OFFICE, TRAFFIC and INDUSTRIES office and special-purpose properties. The permanent construction and planning volume is EUR 5 billion.
Unternehmenskurzprofil: Die ECE entwickelt, realisiert, vermietet und managt erfolgreiche Shopping-Center u.a. in Deutschland, Polen, Ungarn, Tschechien, Österreich, Türkei, Russland, Bulgarien, Katar und in Griechenland. Bei vielen Projekten ist sie auch als langfristiger Investor tätig. In 97 innerstädtischen Centern erzielen 10.000 Mietpartner einen Umsatz von EUR 12 Mrd. 26 weitere Center sind beim europäischen Marktführer in Bau oder Planung.
Die ECE entwickelt und realisiert zusätzlich in den Sparten OFFICE, TRAFFIC und INDUSTRIES Büro- und Spezialimmobilien. Das ständige Bau- und Planungsvolumen beträgt EUR 5 Mrd.
