Company's activity: Union Investment Real Estate AG is a leading international investment management company specialising in open-ended real estate funds for private and institutional investors. Assets under management amount to EUR 14.5 billion. The portfolios of our open-ended real estate funds comprise some 185 properties and projects in Germany, Europe, the Americas and Asia. Within the commercial real estate sector, we are active as an institutional investor, developer and landlord. Projects at EXPO REAL: On 7th October, from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., Union Investment will present the Sustainable Investment Conference (Location: »Planning and Partnerships Forum« in Hall C3). In the podium discussion high-calibre experts from Hammerson, ICADE, OVG, Igloo Regeneration and Union Investment will discuss how investors are incorporating sustainability criteria into their investment strategies. Highlight of the conference is the ceremony of the 2008 Prime Property Award which recognises the best sustainable property investments in Europe.
