Company's activity: AVGUR ESTATE activities include investment, development and sales of residential and commercial estate. Its most famous Moscow-based projects are »Camelot« residential complex and »Tri Topolya« clubhouse estate, the latter recognized as the top Class A building in Moscow in 2004. Completion of »Smolenskaya Zastava« elite properties is underway, and construction of »Nadezhda« residential complex is soon to follow. In Moscow Region, AVGUR ESTATE is participating in an A101 land development project located 4 km from Moscow. The project will contain residential and commercial estate, including a business-park. At the moment AVGUR ESTATE actively develops the commercial estate in Moscow and regions. The company already has a successful commercial project in Belgorod. The shopping-office center »Slavyanskyi« was built in 2005. And now AVGUR ESTATE launches the construction of two new objects: one in Moscow, second in Krasnodar. Within the limits of complex development of the district Solnechniy in Krasnodar is planned the construction of new shopping-office center. The total area of the project will be more than 30000 sqm. The input of the object in operation is planned in 2010. In center of Moscow AVGUR ESTATE starts to construct the new business center »Wallstreet«, total area is 37000 sqm. The projects realization time frames: 2008-2010. The twelve floor building will contain more than 24000 sqm of the class »A« office areas. Since 1997, AVGUR ESTATE has invested more than USD 1 billion to build and sell over 500,000 m² of residential and commercial properties.
