| Since
the start of EXPO REAL 10 years ago, the conference programme’s
discussions have become established among those in the know as one of
the most important information exchanges of the international real
estate sector. In a comprehensive programme, renowned experts discuss
the most recent trends and innovations that the market has to offer. So
on Wednesday 8th October 2008 in the EXPO REAL FORUM in the A1 hall,

| Real Estate Investment: The Asset Category of the Future? |
|
In
spite of the uncertainty surrounding the subject of asset allocation
with regard to defined concepts and figures, one general trend is
apparent:
institutional investors in the process of diversifying their assets are
increasingly banking on enlarging the proportion of real estate
investments, not only on the German real estate market, but also on an
increasingly international level. This means new, profitable market
sectors and locations, strategies and active portfolio management. As
part of the EXPO REAL FORUM, institutional investors will discuss how
and where they invest and how much importance special funds have in
this context.
The conference will open on Tuesday 7th October with discussions dealing with this topic.
Speakers will be: Hermann Aukamp, Chief Investment Officer Real Estate,
NAEV Nordrheinische Ärzteversorgung; Dr Knut Riesmeier, Managing
Director, MEAG MUNICH ERGO AssetManagement GmbH, and Joe A. Valente,
Head of Portfolio Management and Strategy, Allianz Real Estate GmbH.
The discussion will be led by Martin Hurst, editor of the IPE Real
