New pavilion for the logistics industry at EXPO REAL 2012
LogRealCampus, a joint stand for the logistics industry, is
premiering at EXPO REAL this year. The 15th International Trade Fair
for Commercial Property and Investment takes place from October 8 to
10, 2012 at the Messe München exhibition center.
LogRealCampus is a joint initiative of Rudolf Hämel, owner of the consultancy Die Logistikimmobilie – Unternehmensberatung für Logistik und Logistikimmobilien, and Peter H. Voß, Managing Director of the FOKUS INDUSTRIES Group. "Our LogRealCampus is the logistics industry´s first opportunity to exhibit at a joint pavilion at EXPO REAL. Covering 120 square meters of exhibition space, this pavilion meets the demands of the industry for quality presentation space while also taking into account the healthy cost-consciousness of potential exhibitors," the initiators point out.
The pavilion, located in Hall C2, is aimed at companies involved in real-estate project development, logistics SMEs investing in their own logistics facilities, logistics companies with a dedicated real-estate section, building developers, researchers, property agents, and others. Already signed up to take part are Niedersachsenpark GmbHZ, a supplier of commercial space, Logivest, a property agent, the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits of Erlangen, the logistics consultants network Logvocatus of Düsseldorf and the operators of the portal lagerflaeche.de, a service platform for warehouse logistics.
Accompanying LogRealCampus, on Tuesday, October 9, is a round of panel discussions called "Let´s talk logistics", taking place in the Special Real Estate Forum of the conference program to EXPO REAL. The topics under discussion include, for example, " Green logistics: Sustainable logistics locations – An interim review" and " Large-scale logistics centers – Blot on the landscape or jobs machine?".
