PRIEN Bauunternehmung, develops and implements high-class office buildings, hotels and apartments. Examples of a successful cooperation with other developers, investors and building owners are for instance: - The project Große Elbstraße 277/279 right by the river Elbe consisting of the listed office building »Altonaer Kaispeicher«, the new office buildings »COLUMBIA TWINS²« and further buildings with apartments and offices. - A joint venture with the Carlyle-Group. The common company is currently developing the BrahmsQuartier, an office building of approx. 26.000 m² and two residential blocks (approx. 4.300 m²) in the centre of Hamburg. - Luxury apartments designed by Philippe Starck, located in the Hamburg HafenCity - a partnership with yoo Deutschland.
