Company's activity: The Group provides asset- and property management services in Germany for around 50.000 residential units and about 3,5 mio. m² commercial properties. The commercial properties range from office buildings and shopping centres to industrial estates. The Group provides with a staff of 500 employees all commercial, technical and infrastructural services for management of the properties. In addition, the Group has specialised in providing support for doomed projects and bringing these reliably to insolvency or compulsory administration procedures. Zusätzlich ist sie spezialisiert auf notleidende Projekte und führt diese durch Insolvenz- oder Zwangsverwaltungsverfahren. Ein spezialisiertes Reporting schafft für Auftraggeber sichere immobilienwirtschaftliche Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
