Ingo Beenen is National Director and Head of Strategic Consulting in the German speaking countries at Jones Lang LaSalle. His team pools its consultant’s skill base of architects, surveyors, office planner, geographer and economists to deliver strategic real estate advice to investors, developers and corporate users. One of his team’s areas of expertise is the impact of sustainability and energy efficiency on the single asset and portfolio strategy of corporate users and investors in commercial real estate. After his studies of business administration, finance and national economics at Ruhr Universität Bochum Ingo Beenen started his career in real estate valuation. He than finished a post graduate study of real estate at the European Business School and successfully qualified as Charted Surveyor. His positions in ten years at Jones Lang LaSalle included responsibilities for the Tenant Representation and Office Agency Business in Germany. Ingo Beenen is lecturer for Corporate Real Estate Management at the International Real Estate Business School IREBS. |

Prof. Holger Hagge is Director Strategic Projects Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt, and responsible for the major refurbishment of Deutsche Bank’s headquarters in Frankfurt besides global responsibility for “green building design and planning” at Deutsche Bank AG. Holger Hagge is Dipl.-Ing Architect and has graduated in Business Economy. Since of May 2004 he is nominated Professor at the University of applied Arts in Vienna, giving lectures on the faculty of architecture for „strategies of real estate management“. Since September 2006 he is Director Strategic Projects Deutsche Bank AG. Holger Hagge is a member of the chamber of architects, of gif, of Urban Land Institute ULI, of German Council of Shopping Centres and others. |
