Buddy Roes is Managing Director of ING Real Estate Investment Management Germany. Buddy Roes joined ING Real Estate in 2002; he was responsible for acquisitions and asset management of the ING Logistics Property Fund Europe and the ING Real Estate European Industrial Fund. Next to the Fund Manager position, Buddy Roes is Country Manager Germany. Under his management, ING has entered the retail and office markets with the acquisition of several properties. Buddy Roes has more than 18 years of experience in the property and fund management industry in Europe. Earlier in his career, he held several senior positions in the commercial real estate sector with Healey & Baker in Frankfurt (Germany), AZL NV in Heerlen (The Netherlands) and Irish Life Investment Management Next to his Economics study he has a post-graduate Master of Real Estate MRE degree since 1997 and is a Chartered Surveyor MRICS since 2000. |

| Rainer Thaler, Managing Director, GE Real Estate Germany, Frankfurt am Main |
Rainer Thaler is the Managing Director of GE Real Estate’s German office. Prior to this appointment, he was a member of the management committee and Chief Investment Officer for Sireo Real Estate Asset Management. He previously worked for Deutsche Telekom in the fields of M&A, legal and property and, as project leader, was responsible for various complex M&A and property transactions in Europe and Asia. Following his move to DeTeImmobilien, he headed portfolio and asset management, specialising in property disinvestments and portfolio optimisation. He joined Sireo in 2001, first working in the placement team before joining the investment management team in 2003. |
