Unternehmenskurzprofil: ALCON Development is a young brand in Commercial Real Estate market of the city of Moscow and Moscow Region. The Company was founded in 2002, but is known under the present name since 2007. During the years of its existence, ALCON Development managed to transform from a small management company to a full-fledged developer that offer a complete range of services related to construction, sales and operation of the CRE sites. From 2002, ALCON Development has reconstructed and commissioned around 70 000 sq.m Class B commercial buildings. ALCON Development projects include the reconstruction of the Office Building at Leningradskiy prospect which has been transferred into Class B Business Complex. Such large companies as MMA+Fitzroy Robinson International, Kelly Services, Citi Bank, BigBoard as well as others are among the tenants of this Business Complex. In 2007, the Company completed another project on shifting the facilities of the »ISOLATOR« Moscow Plant and construction of the new industrial and warehousing premises for this Plant. The total area of the Plant occupied more that 25,000 sq. m. in Moscow Region. Presently, ALCON Development is engaged in the Project of construction of the A-Class Business Complex »ALCON«, located in the Northern part of Moscow. The Complex possesses a compound of six buildings having various numbers of floors, total Area of premises - 147 479 sq.m. The complex has a common underground parking.
