Commencing with site acquisition, we are fully involved in the design and permitting process, project financing, office and retail leasing, condominium sales, tendering and construction as well as property management. Based in Toronto, Canada, and with offices in Bucharest, Kiev and Moscow, we are focused on Eastern Europe, namely the high growth markets of Romania, Ukraine and Russia which present unprecedented opportunities. We are also pursuing strategic opportunities in North America. We are focused on the development of mixed-use, retail, office and residential projects which are characterized by prime locations, dominant schemes, public transportation access, high quality constructions, world class designs and quality occupants. We strive to create projects which become destinations for people to live, work, shop and be entertained. In addition, we target stand alone office, retail and residential projects in cases where a site is exceptionally located but lacking in size to combine all three components. Our current projects under development include two dominant mixed-use developments in Bucharest, Romania and Kharkov, Ukraine.
