EXPO REAL, the 10th International Commercial Property Exposition, is expanding the range of services it provides for visitors. The aim is to maximise the business benefit to visitors from the event.

The EXPO REAL database of participants now features a number of new specific search criteria. Here users can search the database of exhibitors and registered participants according to sector, field of business, name/firm and country, as well as draw up a list of exhibiting companies, arranged according to hall number. This new function helps participants plan their visit to EXPO REAL even more efficiently and is useful in pre-booking meetings with customers at the fair. This online database is constantly updated.

For the first time this year visitors will be able to book rooms at EXPO REAL for meetings with customers. The Meeting Centre at the North Entrance contains meeting rooms for up to eight people, a reception area and a coffee lounge. It is open from Monday 8 October to Wednesday 10 October, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. More information can be found here. EXPO REAL is also offering the possibility of making restaurant reservations online ahead of the fair.

Also new this year is the hotel shuttle service. A bus connection to and from the exhibition centre is provided at 27 Munich hotels. The service operates on a 30-minute cycle, from 7 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., for journeys to the fair, and from 4.30 to 8 p.m., returning to the hotels. The EXPO REAL website also features a free PDA-compatible electronic exhibition guide, to help in planning a visit to the fair. All key information about EXPO REAL (including a site plan) is available for the personal PDA (PalmOS, Windows PocketPC). The following functions are possible: exhibitor search, product search, stand location display on zoomable hall plans, event search (as a list acc. to date, theme, speaker, general info). In addition the electronic exhibition and events guide can be used to plan a personal tour of the fair. EXPO REAL
EXPO REAL, the 10th International Commercial Property Exposition, takes place from 8 to 10 October 2007 at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre. The event is an international platform for networking on projects, investment and finance. It covers the entire spectrum of the property sector and brings together players from all the key markets from Europe, to Russia, the Middle East and the US. An extensive conference programme, featuring around 400 speakers, provides an in-depth overview of current trends and innovations in property investment and finance. EXPO REAL 2007 is expected to attract 1,740 exhibitors from 41 countries (status: August 2007). In 2006 21,112 visitors from 65 countries came along to the event. Exhibitor and visitor statistics for EXPO REAL are audited by an accountant on behalf of the Gesellschaft zur Freiwilligen Kontrolle von Messe- und Ausstellungszahlen (FKM, Society for Voluntary Control of Fair and Exhibition Statistics).
